Preliminary checks

  • Thorough visual inspection of the system and flue

  • Check for any signs of possible leaks

Boiler checks and testing

  • Reassemble and test the boiler in operation
  • Following the manufacturer instructions

Wider system checks

  • Radiators and their valves are checked for any signs of corrosion or leaks
  • Measure flue performance
  • Check gas supply and set the system programmer to homeowner/tenant requirements
