This maintenance contract is designed to suit your needs, ensuring that you are never without heating or hot water for long. A Cover Plan also provides peace of mind that there won’t be any unexpected bills when you can least afford it.
Our central heating and boiler plans provide annual protection for your heating system. They cover the cost of labour and breakdown repairs as standard.
Under a Cover Plan there is no call out charge. Our Gas Safe Registered engineers will carry out the works to your heating system with labour and parts included in the annual price.
They offer 24 hour call out, 365 days a year.
An experienced Gas Safe engineer will carry out a system survey at the same time as we service your boiler. This survey is to check that your heating system and boiler are eligible.
In the unlikely event we are unable to cover your heating system immediately, we will advise you of any remedial works that need to be carried out prior to accepting your system onto a Cover Plan. We will provide a quote for these remedial works.
