Tuesday 29th & Wednesday 30th December: 8am – 5pm
New Year’s Eve: 8am – 3pm
New Year’s Day to 3rd January: Closed
Monday 4th January: Normal hours resume
We are still fully contactable via telephone or email. We do pick up and prioritise responding to any voicemails left after hours. Cover Plan customers will have access to an on-call engineer.
Our engineers are allowed to enter homes to carry out works. Please note that all our engineers will have gloves, shoe covers and face masks.
Engineers will do their best to adhere to the 2-metre distance rule and ideally ask that you can be in a different room whilst they work.
If you are having to self-isolate please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment, this is to protect all our staff and other customers from Covid-19.
At this time, we are not able to accept payment by cash or cheques.
We can take payment via debit or credit card over the phone, or you can pay via bank transfer.
