With the recent developments around the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we thought we should let you know what we are doing to support our customers.
As a company, we are following the Government and NHS advice at all times and if that advice changes, so will our practises.

Our business is open as usual:
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturday 8am – 11am
The safety of our customers and staff is paramount to us. To help protect our staff and customers we are encouraging regular hand washing. We have implemented additional cleaning procedures to help reduce risk of infection:
All our engineers are asked to sanitise hands before entering any customers homes and straight after. We have recommended that the engineers do not shake hands with customers. Our engineers will ask upon arrival to check that you are not self isolating.
We would ask that if any customers, who require our service, do the same. We also ask that if you are due an engineer visit but then show any symptoms of a temperature, cough or flu like symptoms that you call us to advise and we will rebook for a later date.
