Emerging from lockdown this Summer

Although the final stage to easing restrictions has been delayed, we would like to take this opportunity to remind our customers that we are open for business as normal. We are still able to visit your home to carry out any plumbing, heating and electrical services as we are emerging from lockdown.

Safety measures

For your reassurance, our engineers will continue to follow the Government safety guidance by wearing a face covering in your home and using hand sanitiser during the visit and throughout the day. We would politely ask that the homeowner/occupant(s) would stay in another room while works at the property are carried out. Additionally, the engineer will clean the working area with antibacterial spray upon completion. Our engineers can take contactless payments at your property, or alternatively you can call our office on 020 8395 8060 to make a payment.

Did you miss your boiler service last year?

During the first lockdown which commenced in March last year, many of our customers may have missed having their boiler serviced. Although we managed to work through some of the backlog, many wouldn’t have had an important service carried out on their boiler. A boiler service is vital to ensure a safe, economical and effective operation of your gas boiler, heating and hot water system. Many of us forget about turning on our boiler until the cold weather returns after summer – but this causes the busiest period for boiler maintenance companies as when boilers are switched on again, many problems arise. It is always a good idea to have your boiler serviced during the summer months as if there are any problems, they can be resolved well before your boiler is required to heat your home.
