As we enter the Summer months, and the lock down is eased further in England, we thought it would be useful to detail how Carshalton Boilers are responding to our customer’s heating, plumbing and electrical needs.
Office opening hours
From Monday 22nd June the office telephone open hours are: 9.30-3.30pm. We do pick up and prioritise responding to any voicemails left after hours. Please note we are still working from home during this time but do make regular visits to the office.
Engineers
All our engineers will have protective clothing; gloves, shoe covers and face masks.
Engineers will do their best to adhere to the 2-metre distance rule and ideally ask that you can be in a different room whilst they work.
Payment
At this time, we are not able to accept payment by cash or cheques.
We can take payment via debit or credit card over the phone, or you can pay via bank transfer.
