If you require our help, please do get in touch. We have summarised our protocols and opening hours below. These are in place to ensure that we can still respond to all your heating, plumbing and electrical needs.
We are open 8.00am – 5.00pm.
We are still fully contactable via telephone or email. We do pick up and prioritise responding to any voicemails left after hours.
Engineers are still allowed to enter homes to carry out works. All our engineers will have gloves, shoe covers and face masks.
Engineers will do their best to adhere to the 2-metre distance rule and ideally ask that you can be in a different room whilst they work.
If you are having to self-isolate please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment, this is to protect all our staff and other customers from Covid-19.
At this time, we are not able to accept payment by cash or cheques.
We can take payment via debit or credit card over the phone, or you can pay via bank transfer.
